PENANG Island City Council (MBPP) has launched its second payment counter van to make it easier for people to pay their bills.
MBPP Financial Management Committee alternate chairman Joseph Ng said that the first van, launched in December 2015, had proven to be well-received and the new van was expected to enhance the service.
