I STILL remember the “paddle-of-war” kayaking expedition I took part in from Lumut to Teluk Sekadeh, an uninhabited island off Pulau Pangkor, Perak, back in 1995.
It was part of a five-day adventure training programme for 15 participants from Sekolah Latihan Telekom, Taiping.
