Pos Laju office building in Ipoh now belongs to DPPM Perak

Muhammad Muhiyuddin (fourth from left) said DPPM Perak has been involved in a tussle with the Central DPMM over the property and its assets.

THE POS Laju office in Ipoh now belongs to the Perak Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPM Perak), said its president Datuk Muhammad Muhiyuddin Abdullah.

The ownership of the building, he said, was transferred from the Perak branch of the Malay Chamber of Commerce (DPMM) to DPPM Perak legally in accordance with the organisation’s constitution. He said the transfer of the building was done before the DPMM Perak Branch was dissolved legally by the Perak Registrar of Societies in February 2014.
