KUANTAN: Intermittent rain did not dampen the spirit of Chap Goh Meh celebrations as some 5,000 devotees and visitors from all walks of life gathered at the Wan Fo Tien temple in Jalan Bukit Ubi here.
They were there to join in the festivities to mark the 15th day of the Lunar New Year.
