The Year of the Fire Rooster brought Tan Soen Phong, 27, and his wife, Miki Tan, 26, an addition to their brood – little Rou Xin who was born at 10.44am on Jan 29 at Manipal Hospitals Klang.
The 2.8kg little “chick” is the third daughter for the Klang-based couple.
