Group to zero in on drug-related crime this year

THE Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation’s (MCPF) focus this year will be to combat drug problems in the country and to reduce drug-related crime.

MCPF senior vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said a drug-related crime prevention committee, which was formed last year, and headed by him, is working with the police on short, mid and long-term strategies to fight drugs.
