SEVERAL NGOs in Selangor have thanked the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) and the state government for reducing the rental of trading lots in Batu Caves during Thaipusam from RM2,000 to RM500.
On Jan 31, MPS had increased the fee for the lots and applied it even on voluntary organisations.
