LOUD chatter and lively music filled the Silver Jubilee Home for the Aged in Sungai Dua, Penang, as the residents tucked into a Chinese New Year luncheon.

At the event organised by Penang Wen Xin Association, a non-government organisation, ang pows were also presented to the 163 residents.
