BRIGHT yellow containers along Taman Ikan Emas in Kuala Lumpur have been converted into classrooms where free tuition is provided to secondary school students.

Bandar Tun Razak MCA chairman Datuk Chew Yin Keen launched the 2017 intake for the free tuition programme at Pusat Pendidikan Bandar Tun Razak.
