THE remaining villagers of Kampung Permatang Tok Suboh facing eviction in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, can finally lay the case to rest.

After four years of battling the case in court and holding a series of protest, the occupants of 26 houses have come to a ‘win-win agreement’ with the landowner.
