LEE Swee Liong was not born under the Chinese zodiac Rooster sign, but one would assume so seeing his vast collection of chicken-designed china crockery.
The 46-year-old restaurant owner has an impressive array of over 200 bowls, plates and saucers, some of them dating back 100 years to the Qing dynasty.
