MBPJ to reshuffle staff to improve quality of service

PETALING Jaya City Council will move its staff around in the first quarter of 2017 to ensure there were enough workers in each department.

This is to ensure projects in the city are monitored closely and to improve customer satisfaction to 70% from the current 63%.
