SETIA EcoHill, a subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad, Malaysia’s leading property developer, will be launching its final block of D’Camellia Apartments this weekend.
D’Camellia, under Setia EcoHill’s affordable homes offer, is a freehold project comprising two 18-storey residential towers with a total of 635 units. Block 1 was launched at end of October last year, with a very good take up rate of 70%.
This encouraging response has prompted the decision to launch the remaining 318 units of D’Camellia Block 2.
With a GDV of RM165mil, D’Camellia is the third offering from the affordable homes range after the sold-out offerings of D’Cassia and D’Cerrum launched in 2015.
Setia EcoHill general manager Koh Sooi Meng said that the encouraging take-up rate of D’Camellia Block 1 demonstrated the market’s confidence in Setia’s brand despite the cautious sentiment adopted by purchasers last year.
“The affordable apartments are priced from RM262,000, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms within a cosy 860sq ft and two dedicated parking bays per unit.
“This is a golden opportunity for first time homebuyers, young couples and fresh graduates to own a property of their own in a holistic development,” he said.
Nearby top-notch amenities and facilities include Tenby International School, Nottingham University, EcoHill Walk which is Semenyih’s first integrated commercial development, and Tesco hypermarket, which are all just a stone’s throw away.
The apartments’ facilities include an Olympic length swimming pool, children’s wading pool, a badminton sports court, a multipurpose hall and a children’s playground.
EcoHill Walk comprises a neighbourhood mall, 80 units of boutique shop offices and two towers of serviced apartments.
