JOHOR BARU: Kopitiam worker Low Yoon Mooy was all smiles as she received cash and basic necessities in conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration.

The 57-year-old mother of two said that the only reason she looked forward to celebrating the festive season was to cheer up her 25-year-old son, who is mentally disabled.
