It is one of the most frequent charity activities organised by Tzu-Chi Foundation that is aimed to reflect the importance of cleanliness and discipline in life. Many professional hairstylists from various hair salons all over the country volunteer to support this noble cause.
The atmosphere at the Tzu-Chi Jing Si Hall in Kepong was one of love and hope as the Tzu-Chi Foundation celebrated a joyful early Chinese New Year with recipients under its care.
Established in Taiwan in 1966 by Dharma Master Cheng Yen, the Buddhist Tzu-Chi Foundation has since spread its wings abroad, carrying out voluntary work to make the world a better place.
