THE slight drizzle failed to dampen the spirit of more than 2,500 cycling enthusiasts who took part in the third edition of Penang City Ride.
The cyclists enjoyed the northern part of the island’s scenic view as they rode some 48km from the Esplanade to Teluk Bahang and back.
