KUCHING: The state Land Code should be amended to provide a clear legal definition of pemakai menoa (communal land or territorial domain) over which the Dayak community can clam native customary rights (NCR).

Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri James Masing said this would give force of law to what constituted pemakai menoa.
