KOTA KINABALU: The Federal Government should emulate Sabah in institutionalising annual allocations for Chinese primary schools to prevent any delay in disbursing funds.

Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) treasurer-general Albert Ngan Yun Kiang said that such allocations could be set aside in the federal budget and would help in expediting assistance to these schools.
