THE NUMBER of students in the country involved in drugs last year rose by 20% says the Royal Malaysian Police.
Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department Director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said some 987 students were arrested is various drug-related cases last year, an increase of 167 arrests compared to 821 in 2015.
