THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) and the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will see 10 new faces among the list of councillors who will be sworn in today and tomorrow respectively for the 2017 term.
State Local Government Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the lineup for the 24 MBPP and 23 MPSP councillors is effective Jan 1 till Dec 31.
