Despite a downpour, the 2017 New Year Carnival in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur was not dampened as crowds came out to support the event.
Visitors patiently sat under canvas tents listening to MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai’s speech in which he praised the people for their unity in making the event a success on Sunday evening.
