MBSA to focus on core services and citizen engagement

MBSA corporate communications head Shahrin Ahmad said it would continue to focus and better its services, especially in waste management and public cleaning.

He said MBSA would monitor recently appointed contractors to ensure they did not slack off while also strengthening in-house teams to ensure they are capable of helping contractors when necessary.
