BATU PAHAT: The two-day Adopt and Carry Them Safe (ACTS) Campaign saw 60 cats getting neutered free of charge at a veterinary clinic here in efforts to curb the increasing number of strays.

ACTS Campaign person-in-charge Angie Ng, 40, said that this was a one-of-a-kind campaign in Batu Pahat town, as not many animal organisations have held free neutering programmes here.
