SUBANG Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has announced a new licensing fee tier for promotional advertisements.
The council’s Corporate Commu-nications officer Muhammad Azli Miswan said that business owners originally needed to apply for a permit valid for three months, at RM20 per month for each banner or bunting.
