THE Request For Proposal (RFP) documents for the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP) will be made public next year.
State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the documents, comprising of over 20 volumes, will be made available for public viewing, which is expected to be sometime early next year in Komtar.
