PASIR GUDANG: Laughter was in the air as some 250 students from Chiba Keiai High School in Japan were welcomed during a cultural exchange programme in Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan here.
Students from the polytechnic and Japanese high school mingled and took pictures with each other, with the Japanese students all eager to make new friends and learn more about the Malaysian culture.
