AN INDUSTRIAL lot owner is frustrated that Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) seems powerless to solve the problem of a company leaving eight shipping containers on Jalan 51/203A in the Tiong Nam Industrial Area, Petaling Jaya.
The lot owner, John Tan, had lodged numerous complaints with MBPJ over the containers parking space on the public road.
