THE Perak government’s incentives to encourage developers to build low-cost houses next year should also be extended to other types of housing projects.

Real Estate And Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Perak chairman Tony Khoo Boon Chuan said the incentives would benefit prospective home buyers, stimulating the property market and boosting the economy.
