SIBU: The state Housing Ministry has been urged to look into the problem faced by housebuyers who are still unable to obtain land titles for their property.
Sarawak Reform Party (Star) secretary-general Simon Tiong said the ministry should carry out enforcement under the law which included the Enforcement of Housing Development (control and licensing) Ordinance 2013 and the Housing Development (control and licensing) Regulation 2014 to protect housebuyers.
