DBKL wins big at FT awards

KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) swept a majority of the awards at the Federal Territories Ministry Civil Services Innovation and Excellence Day Celebration 2016.

The award ceremony acknowledged the creative and collaborative efforts of officers from five agencies that work together with the ministry to streamline bureaucratic processes and develop effective and efficient practices.
