SIBU: The mother of an obese man has applied for monthly welfare assistance at the Welfare Department here.
Kho Kee Sieng, 63, was brought by Dudong UPP Women Wing chairman Kapitan Connie Loh to the department. Kho submitted her application to welfare officer Soon Kong Tiong.
