UNHAPPY with staggered payment arrangements with developers when they buy state assets, Datuk Muhamad Farid Saad (BN-Pulau Betong) wants a motion by government backbenchers to object to this.
“You need to put a full-stop to this. If not, the members of this Assembly will be among the people who have sold the future of Penang,” he said.
