THE state spent RM4.44mil to send exco members on 131 overseas trips between 2013 and September 2016.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (DAP-Air Putih) said 16 trips were made in 2013, 46 in 2014, 35 in 2015 and 34 trips this year.
