CONTRACTORS hired by utility companies are to be held accountable for the uneven roads and holes left as a result of conducting maintenance and upgrading works.

State Public Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy and Water Committee Chairman Datuk Zainol Fadzi Paharudin said the public should complain about contractors who fail to do a good job so that action can be taken against them by the utility companies, that hired them.
