KUCHING: Food styling is a creative art that has yet to be given much attention. When admiring beautiful photos of food or drinks, not many of us realise that certain skills, besides photography – are required to create such impact.

Kuala Lumpur-based food stylist Trisha Toh said the process started with plating the dish, knowing the right texture and colours.
