MOTORCYCLISTS and shoppers at Little India were pleasantly surprised when they were given new helmets and goodie bags during a special Deepavali Road Safety Advocacy Campaign.

The programme by the Penang Road Safety Department (JKJR), Road Transport Department (JPJ) and Penang Road Safety Council (MKJR) was to remind road users to be more cautious during thefestive season.
