Roadside stalls on burst pipe cause of soil erosion

A LANDSLIP which occurred last month along Jalan Saga 29 in Taman Saga, Ampang was caused by the weight of roadside stalls on top of an underground water pipe.

Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) clarified that pressure of the two stalls on the pipe caused it to burst and resulted in minor soil erosion along the slope.
