THE state government came under fire for being ‘insensitive’ to Indians by allowing the Penang Run 2016 to be held at the Esplanade this Sunday, a day after Deepavali.

Penang Gerakan Youth vice-chief H. Puvaniten said the state should urge the organiser to postpone the event.
