ASSISTANT Commissioner of Police (ACP) R.S.S. Batumalai has no plans to slow down as a crime buster even after obtaining his PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
The 50-year-old father of three said he would not switch careers as he loved what he was doing and was very contented.
