THE Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) has approved permits for Deepavali bazaar traders in Jalan Welman, Rawang, but it will be the last year approval for the bazaar in the area will be given.
After chairing a Licensing Committee meeting on Friday, MPS president Suliman Abd Rahman said the council had received numerous complaints on the bad traffic situation in Jalan Welman, where about 30 stalls are located.
