Justify higher parking fee, DBKL told

THE Business Ethics Institute of Malaysia is urging Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to justify the increase in parking rates and explain the management of the city’s parking system.

Its chairman K. Haridas said there were a lot of unanswered questions since the implementation of the revised parking rates in July.
