Health officers find mosquito larvae in stagnant water inside old tyres

OLD tyres which some people place along the roadside to prevent motorists from parking their vehicles might look harmless.

But the tyres may be harbouring the larvae of mosquitoes and possibly that of the Aedes which carries the dengue and Zika viruses.
