SECONDARY school students playing truant and sniffing gum are the main issues affecting residents living at two low-cost flats in the city.

Ipoh Deputy OCPD (Operations) Superintendent Abdul Rani Alias said several residents living at the Ashby and Seri Kepayang flats have raised their concerns with the police.
