JOHOR BARU: Hawkers operating in areas under the Johor Baru City Council’s (MBJB) jurisdiction will enjoy a fifty percent discount when renewing their business licences starting from this month.
The move is part of an effort taken by the local council to help them cope with the high cost of living.
