THE Penang International Kids Storytelling Festival (Pinks Festival) returns for the seventh year to enchant the audience on Oct 15 at the Gems International School of Pearl City in Simpang Ampat, near Nibong Tebal.
The festival that has been delighting both the young and old since 2010 will be held from 10am to 4pm and features 11 storytellers from Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
