RESIDENTS in the Selayang constituency should be nosy and “snitch” on their neighbours if they notice them carrying out renovations without permit, said Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) president Suliman Abd Rahman.
“Residents can tell if their neighbours are doing illegal renovations if there is no Roll-On, Roll-Off (RoRo) bins outside the premises.
