FOR the second year running, the FitForLife health fair will return to Penang with the aim to inspire Malaysians towards living a healthier lifestyle.
To be held from Oct 14 to 16 at the SPICE Arena (PISA) in Bayan Lepas, the fair will highlight the latest healthy lifestyle tips including nutrition, fitness and diet trends.
