Call to review Penang’s FOI policy

C4 (Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism) founder Cynthia Gabriel said the Penang government should review its Freedom of Information (FOI) Enactment.

The former Petaling Jaya councillor, in making ‘a quick comparison’ with the Selangor FOI Enactment, said while the Selangor FOI Enactment was “not great”, it “was better” than that of Penang.
