Syabas head of corporate communications Amin Lin Abdullah said the closure of the plant was due to raw water odour pollution.

"A few areas located at the end of the water supply distribution line and those on higher ground is still experiencing water supply interruption as the main service reservoir has not reached its optimum level," he said in a statement sent to Star Metro at 11am today adding that water at the Kuala Langat district has been fully restored.
