THE Klang Municipal Council (MPK) may convert the proposed RM500 surcharge imposed on school students and sports clubs for the use of the Pandamaran Hockey Stadium (PHS), into a refundable deposit.
Council president Datuk Mohamad Yasid Bidin said he was supportive of the district’s sports development and was in favour of the move.
